View Pool Rules
Adult supervision required for children at the pool:
For the safety and well-being of youths under 16 years of age, it is mandatory for them to be accompanied by a responsible adult while at the pool. This rule ensures constant supervision and minimizes the risk of any potential safety incident that could occur in or around the pool area.
Pool safety and liability:
To maintain a secure and safe environment, it is crucial to ensure that the gates to the pool areas are always locked prior to exiting. This rule helps prevent unauthorized access and reduces the potential of liability.
New State of Flordia Golf Cart Rules:
Beginning July 1st, the State of Florida will enforce a new law (HB 949) mandating that golf carts can only be operated by individuals under the age of 18 who posses a valid driver's license. Further, to ensure the safety of our community members and for liability purposes, it is strictly prohibited for individuals below the legal driving age to operate golf carts on Association roads, common areas, or parcel F private property. Additionally, it is mandatory for all golf carts to be equipped with functioning lights to ensure visibility and safety, especially when operating at night. Failure to comply with these rules may result in financial and/or restrictive consequences.
Yard Refuse and Garbage Bundles:
Residents are only permitted to have yard refuse and garbage bundles out for one City of Lakeland garbage pickup cycle. A $75.00 administration fee along with any incurred costs for clean up will be applicable to the member who allows any refuse to be left on community property.
